We get to know them, understand their goals and decide the type of support they need.

A free programme

Your client starts a free programme created by our experts, tailored to their goals and health needs.

Services you can refer to

All services are for people who live, work, study or have a GP within Dudley. Full criteria are on our eligibility page.

Weight loss

Adults aged 18 or over with a BMI of 25 or above, or 23 or above if from a Black, Asian or other ethnic minority background.

Stop smoking and vaping

People aged 18 or over who smoke or vape and want to quit.

Family Wellness Coaching

Families with a child aged 4 to 17.

Exercise Referral

We refer adults aged 18 or over with a medical condition that affects their ability to exercise into Action Heart's 12-week supervised programme.

Health checks

Full NHS Health Checks for people aged 40 to 74, and Mini MOTs for anyone aged 18 and over.

Every wellness journey is unique. We tailor our programmes to your goals and health needs.
