About smoking, food and activity, and alcohol.
03
We explain your results
We will tell you your QRISK (your heart risk), your heart age and what it means for you.
04
We support you
You will get simple advice, support to make healthy changes and access to local services, like stop smoking or weight support.
What is a Mini MOT?
A Mini MOT is a shorter, free check-up for anyone aged 18 and over. We check your blood pressure, height and weight, and talk with you about your lifestyle.
It does not include a blood test or a heart risk score, so it is not the same as a Full NHS Health Check. It's a good way to understand your health and get support to make healthy changes, especially if you can't have a Full NHS Health Check.
